1. Acceptance
By using Mizen, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
2. What Mizen Provides
Mizen is an audit readiness tool. We help you organize documents and understand QFC requirements. We are NOT an auditing firm, legal advisor, or tax consultant. Always verify requirements with your QFC-approved auditor.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- You must provide accurate company information
- One account per QFC company
- Minimum age: 18 years
4. Subscription & Payment
- Free tier: available to all registered users
- Audit Ready (QAR 500): one-time fee per audit cycle
- Payment activates immediately upon confirmation
- No refunds once documents have been generated
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload false or fraudulent documents
- Use Mizen for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform
6. Intellectual Property
All Mizen content, design, and software is owned by TrusiTQA LLC. Generated documents using your company data belong to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mizen provides information tools only. We are not liable for audit outcomes, regulatory decisions, or financial losses. Always work with a QFC-approved auditor.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar and the Qatar Financial Centre regulations.
